As a general guideline, most of our wooden decks cost around 35$ - 40$ a sq. ft. Composite decks are typically around the 55$ - 60$ a sq. ft. range, depending on design and options.

Both are great options, the right choice depends on budget and maintenance preferences:

    •    Pressure-treated wood: Lower upfront cost, natural look, requires periodic staining/sealing.

    •    Composite decking: Higher upfront investment, extremely low maintenance, long lifespan, consistent appearance.

Composite decks will typically come out cheaper in the long run, once you factor in staining, repairs, and the deck’s lifespan.
